How do I create a data room on Secureroom.AI?
Simply log in, click “Create New Room” and follow the guided setup. You’ll be prompted to define users, permission levels, folders and document uploads.
Do I need training to use Secureroom.AI?
No formal training is required. The platform is designed to be intuitive and user-friendly. If needed, we do offer onboarding support and user guides.
What do I need to access the platform?
A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge) and an internet connection. No software installation is required.
How do I purchase a plan and what are the storage limits?
You can subscribe directly through our website by selecting a pricing plan. Plans start at 10 GB / 10 users and scale to unlimited users and storage. Upgrades or plan changes can be made at any time.
Can I access Secureroom.AI from my mobile device?
Yes — the platform is fully mobile responsive and optimised for smartphones and tablets.

Does Secureroom comply with international privacy regulations?

Can I disable 2FA and watermarking?
Two-factor authentication is mandatory for administrators, but optional for other roles. Watermarks can be customised or disabled, depending on your organisation’s security policies.
Can I export or archive the entire data room after a deal closes?
Yes. Upon request, we provide a secure downloadable archive of all documents and activity logs.
